Refund and transfer policy
Plain rules for ticket refunds and transfers. Specific seminar pages may carry tighter terms; where they differ from this page, the seminar page applies.
Seminar tickets
As soon as payment has been received, the registration is considered valid and binding.
- Up to six weeks before the seminar. Cancellations are accepted in writing to events@eastangliasystema.com and refunded, less a £50 administration fee.
- Inside six weeks of the seminar. Cancellations after this date, and participants who are absent on the day, forfeit the entire amount paid. There is no right to a refund.
- Transfers. Another person may take your place at any time, including after the cancellation deadline. Please email events@eastangliasystema.com with the substitute attendee's name and contact details.

Cancellation by us
If we cancel a seminar for reasons within our control, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to the next equivalent seminar. If a seminar is cancelled or postponed for reasons beyond our control (for example, force majeure, illness of the visiting instructor, or government restrictions on indoor gatherings), we will offer a transfer to a rescheduled date wherever possible, and a refund where transfer is not.
Class fees
Weekly class fees are paid in cash to Gareth at class and are not refundable once paid for the month. If you cannot attend a particular class, the missed session can be made up at another class in the same calendar month.
How to request a refund
Email events@eastangliasystema.com with your order reference and reason. Refunds are processed within 14 days of acknowledgement and returned to the original payment method.
