Refund and transfer policy.
Plain rules for ticket refunds and transfers. Specific seminar pages may carry tighter terms; where they differ from this page, the seminar page applies.
Seminar tickets
- Up to 60 days before the seminar. Full refund, less any non-recoverable payment processing fees.
- Between 60 and 30 days. Fifty percent refund, or a transfer to another attendee at your discretion.
- Inside 30 days. No refund, but tickets remain transferable to another attendee. Please email seminars@eastangliasystema.com to arrange.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel a seminar for reasons within our control, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to the next equivalent seminar. If a seminar is cancelled or postponed for reasons beyond our control (for example, force majeure, illness of the visiting instructor, or government restrictions on indoor gatherings), we will offer a transfer to a rescheduled date wherever possible, and a refund where transfer is not.
Class fees
Weekly class fees are paid in cash to Gareth at class and are not refundable once paid for the month. If you cannot attend a particular class, the missed session can be made up at another class in the same calendar month.
How to request a refund
Email seminars@eastangliasystema.com with your order reference and reason. Refunds are processed within 14 days of acknowledgement and returned to the original payment method.
