Privacy policy.
A short, plain-English summary of what we collect, why, and how to ask us to stop or delete it. The formal policy in full follows below.
Summary
- We collect contact details when you book a trial class, sign up to a newsletter, or buy a seminar ticket.
- We use those details only to reply, to deliver the thing you asked for, and (with your consent) to send occasional updates.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for marketing.
- You can unsubscribe in one click. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing the contact below.
Data controller
East Anglia Systema seminars and ticketing are operated by Agile Body Lab Ltd, registered in London. Weekly class enquiries are handled directly by Gareth Ashby (AESC Systema). Either party will respond to a data request within 30 days, as required by UK GDPR.
What we collect
- Name and email address when you submit a form.
- Phone number, if you provide it for a trial class.
- Payment details when you buy a seminar ticket. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not see or store card details ourselves.
- Anonymous analytics (page views, referrer) via privacy-friendly analytics, no cross-site tracking.
What we do with it
- Reply to your enquiry.
- Deliver the class, seminar, or newsletter you asked for.
- Process payment and issue receipts for purchased tickets.
- Send occasional updates, only if you opt in.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to confirm what we hold on you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit how we use it, or to send it to another provider in machine-readable form. Email privacy@eastangliasystema.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of essential cookies (for example, to remember you have dismissed the cookie banner). We use privacy-friendly analytics to count visits in aggregate; this does not identify you personally or follow you across other sites. Marketing pixels (for example Meta Pixel, Google Ads) are loaded only after you consent.
Changes
If we change this policy in a material way, we will update the date below and, where possible, notify subscribers by email.
Policy version 1, dated 2026. This is a placeholder template for v1; the final policy will be reviewed by counsel before formal launch.
